- Click here for George Prax's preview.

Tonight the New York Islanders will be hosting the Montreal Canadiens in their second-to-last home game of the season. Martin Biron will get another start between the pipes to continue his personal record of 6-0-2 over the past eight games.

The Islanders were recently eliminated from the playoff race; even if the Isles continue to win their remaining four games and the Flyers lose all of the games left in their season, both teams would be tied in points. However, the Islanders would have less wins. Thus, the Isles are officially out of contention.

So let the debate begin...are these wins meaningless? Are the young guys gaining experience, continuing development and building character? Or is a team that has struggled to find UFA's to help their offense cheating themselves out of future talents such as Taylor Hall, Tyler Seguin or Cam Fowler?

There will be plenty to discuss tonight as George Prax and I will be live blogging the final match-up between the New York Islanders and the Montreal Canadiens. Stop by as the puck drops at 7 PM!
